There is, as far as I know, no organized project to port FreeBSD to System Z. However, I seem to recall hearing a developer mention they had some sort of private port to that architecture as a hobby thing. No idea if there's anything that will even boot, let alone run. It's probably not something you should even think about betting your business = on. You might try asking on freebsd-hackers@... to see if anyone has anything worth sharing.
