Yes. If they are PCI nics and are NE2000, they will automatically be called
ed1 and ed2.  (ed0 is for the ISA variety).  If the box is going to push
serious amounts of traffic (i.e. you expect close to ethernet speeds), you
would be well off to get something like the Intel Etherexpress PRO 10/100
cards.
