The following is my ZZ-->/etc/lilo.conf. Make sure you specify the correct /dev/hdaxxx for the ZZ-->FreeBSD partition and run lilo to make /etc/lilo.conf effective. If still ZZ-->not work, try re-install FreeBSD and choose "leave MBR alone". ZZ--> The last time I tried that LILO actually gave an error saying the kernel image was too big.
