Uhh, did I miss something else here?  I don't recall the original (but I
have been eating my words wrt, Tcl in the base system as we port to Tcl 8)

PST has my full support; Tcl and Perl &c need to be bundled in a sane
fashion.  Ports are bad, but the base system is worse.
