Make sure that `gem install rake -v '12.3.1' --source 'https://rubygems.org= /'` succeeds before bundling. In Gemfile: devise-two-factor was resolved to 3.0.3, which depends on devise was resolved to 4.5.0, which depends on responders was resolved to 2.4.0, which depends on railties was resolved to 4.2.10, which depends on rake Could not create Gemfile.lock for gitlab, please report this using FreeBSD Bugtracker, https://bugs.freebsd.org/ $ rake -V rake, version 12.3.1 Re-Installing change nothing.
