I'll try to maintain it :) For now the patch is not in a proper state to be committed to -CURRENT. It hangs at boot time on some machines for a reason yet to be determined (if people in that case can send me DDB backtraces that would be very helpful). There is also a command set issue that is solved by a ugly hack in the current patch, and that should be fixed more properly by using CAM_NEW_TRAN_CODE and/or making some changes to scsi-cd. (Unfortunately going to CAM_NEW_TRAN_CODE would mean that the patch won't work on 4-STABLE anymore.)
