I don't remember the exact URL, but it should look like:
ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/2.2.7-RELEASE/doc/handbook.ascii

There's a 99% probability of getting a file not found on this so seek
around in the ftp site, the file *is* there. You can see it with more, it
looks nice!
