Yes, I have. This was dicussed over on -hackers earlier.

rm -rf /usr/ports/www/jakarta-tomcat, then cvsup, then pkg_delete the cvsup
port and cd /usr/ports/net/cvsup && make install clean. Edit
/usr/sup/ports-all/* and remove all references to jakarta-tomcat and finally
cvsup.

Simple. :)
