Today I found that Linux VMs would not boot under Bhyve on FreeBSD 13.2.

Depending on the distribution/kernel there were many errors, but all
related to nvme timeouts or invalid commands.

The solution was to downgrade to the previous version of BHYVE_UEFI_CODE.fd.

This solved the problem:

pkg fetch -o pkg edk2-bhyve-g202202_10
pkg install pkg/All/edk2-bhyve-g202202_10.pkg
