I'm not sure if it works yet since for some odd reason I was able to see the entire word with either my Netscape or Explorer. The solutions suggested by everyone has been that the correct protocol should be Å instead of just Å. I will await my customer and see if this fixes his viewing problem. Thanks again for the help.
