I think I forgot to mention that I've finished the recreation of the LITE2 
repository with non-conflicting branch numbers.

It's now ready to have commits.  Basically, it is almost exactly like 
RELENG_2_1_0, except the tag is "LITE2".

Doug? Jeff?  Do you need more details?  (and for that matter, do we need 
more code in the repository to cover sbin etc?)
