Subject:   Changing timezones in RCS ident strings

How would i change the timezone in RCS ident strings? I tried passing -zLT
and -z-05:00 when checking out the file, but the UTC (GMT) time is still
displayed. I'm trying to make the string display the EST time, which is five
hours behind UTC i believe. Thanks.
