I went on to mention Scott by name and talk about his reasoning for not liking my change. I had indtended this to mean that Scott had presented me with well reasoned arguments that I was still considering. However, it seems to some people to have implied that Scott was one of the arm-chair generals I was complaining about. That is not what I had intended to imply, and would like to appologize to Scott for any implications that he was in the unproductive group. Warner
