Yep. And a pretty damn good one too!!! Runs plenty of BSDI BSD/OS, SCO, and Linux binaries if your worried about compatibility. I believe its superior to Linux since it is a controlled distribution. The guys here probably know a little bit more about than I since I just started running it less than a month ago (left Linux because I my Adaptec AHA-2842VL SCSI Host Adapter craped out on installation). If you want to see if it'll work on your system, download the boot floppy image from ftp.freebsd.org and use the utility "rawrite" to create the boot disk. From there, just start downloading the 2.1 release (about 150MB compressed) into your MS-DOS (or other) partition and boot with the that boot floppy you made (you could also purchase the FreeBSD CD-ROM from Walnut Creek CD-ROM for about $50). -- Later ... > Date: Wed, 8 May 1996 08:45:37 -0500 > From: "Hugh D.
