Message-ID: MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: TEXT/PLAIN; charset=US-ASCII Sender: owner-freebsd-questions@FreeBSD.ORG Precedence: bulk X-Loop: FreeBSD.ORG Hi; I have a mail hub------> hub.pacex.net all mail coming from other hosts gets forwarded to this hub and the hub has a complete username/password database for all users. Now one of my hosts -->frank@pacex.net can send mail to 'user@hub.pacex.net' BUT not to 'user@pacex.net' when using email addresses of the form 'user@pacex.net' I get the error: sendmail frank:/ MX list for pacex.net. points back to frank.pacex.net sendmail frank:/ user@pacex.net .... local configuration error (it does not like the address form user@pacex.net). well; I using sendmail.cw file for domains and 'hub.pacex.net' and 'pacex.net' are there in both the hub and reley machines. How tomake Sendmail handle both 'user@hub.pacex.net' and 'user@pacex.net' in the same manner. Dan Merry X-mass FreeBSD for the 21st cuntury!
