Dig around in the DOS archives.

You'll most likely need a DOS boot floppy.

Look in the "memutil" section.

Subject: Utility for testing RAM?

I am having signal 11 problems with PPP running on 2.2.6.
I checked the FreeBSD site and found FAQ 89 located at
<http://www.freebsd.org/FAQ/FAQ89.html>; addressed
my problem.

The FAQ suggests, "Try running a memory-testing program
on your PC." Do any of the list members know where I can
find a memory-testing program.

Thanks,

James A. Taylor
