There are 2 ways to install lib32:

1. From install CD
    a. Mount install CD
    b. cd /location/of/install/CD/lib32
    c. run install.sh

2. Rebuild FreeBSD/amd64 from sources (make sure WITHOUT_LIB32 is not
defined in /etc/make.conf or /etc/src.conf)
