Also, you mention the Mellanox NIC.
This might be doing TLS offload.
To be honest, if it is, you are the first
person to ever test NFS-over-TLS where there
is offload hardware involved.

Hopefully someone on the TCP side will
recognize what the crash is and how to work around
it.
