The Patch

configure scripts auto-detects the sysctl method of doing cpu utilization
measurements for FreeBSD. The auto-detection mechanism does work for FreeBSD
4-9, but not 10 or 11. The provided patch fixes the problem.

Bump the port revision to build new package which works for FreeBSD 10-11.
