It's prompting for the location that the init scripts reside such as init.d and rc0.d through rc6.d. I thought they resided in /etc or /usr/local/etc? But i'm not finding them. tnx for your help, Mike Morgan mmorgan@hfnweb.com ------_=_NextPart_001_01BF4CB8.EB641944 Content-Type: text/html; charset="iso-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 3.2//EN"> <HTML> <HEAD> <META HTTP-EQUIV=3D"Content-Type" CONTENT=3D"text/html; = charset=3Diso-8859-1"> <META NAME=3D"Generator" CONTENT=3D"MS Exchange Server version = 5.5.2448.0"> <TITLE>VMWare and init.d</TITLE> </HEAD> <BODY> <BR> <P><FONT SIZE=3D2 FACE=3D"Arial">I'm running 3.4-stable and trying to = do the install for vmware.
