>Description:
Running the netscape6 binary from the port linux-netscape6, Navigator
gives a dialogue box saying that it is a time-limited preview which has
expired and that it is sending you to the netscape sight to download an
updated version. Thereupon Navigator exits rather suddenly.
>How-To-Repeat:
Install linux-netscape6 from the ports tree. Run the commnad netscape6
in Xwindows. Proceed through the registration, giving whatever sort of
answers you wish. When Navigator tries to send you to update, watch it
disappear.
>Fix:
Deinstall linux-netscape6. Install any 4.x version (or earlier) of
Netscape.
