Off: it's actually doc@ not docs@, which apparently seems to work.

On: I support the idea. Probably it was thought earlier that a www@ list
in itself was useful but in practice, it isn't that useful in itself. I
also have one mail folder for the two and I use procmail to collect both
of them there.
