What do your logs say ? What do your config files look like ? How are you starting ppp ? Are the ``connection hangs'' consistent (always when downloading specific data) ? Is ppp sending & receiving information while the hang happens ? Is it possible to talk to other machines or is ppp dead after this happens ?
