From the main menu select 'Load Config' and follow the prompts.

Works for me.  You may want to download the sysinstall source and check
out it's manpage.  If you install the 'srelease' distribution you'll get
the /usr/src/release/sysinstall/ subtree.

Note that the file must use MSDOS line terminations, so  you may have to
build the config file on a DOS box.
