I'm considering the purchase. The machne I'm looking at has the DVD 2X and 1.44 combo module. 2X AGP 8MB ATI RAGE PRO 3D Video touchpad Cardbus Ready Fast IR 1.1 ports: xoom video, USB, S-Video I have absolutely no experience installing FreeBSD on a laptop. I've only installed about six different desktop installs.
