Hello! I was not able to find this in the archives (and the archives of -stable are not available for search now for some reason). This happens on a 4.3-RELEASE system. /usr/bin/mail is used to view a message that is longer then one screen and the pager is used (I have set PAGER=more in .mailrc). If you suspend mail (via Ctrl-Z) in the middle of the paged message, when you bring it to the foreground (fg) - the screen does not get restored, and the program does not accept any commands. The only way to bring mail back, is to repeat Ctrl-Z and fg. I haven't seen this behavior before (4.0 and prior). Is this somehow related to the new "more" ? Any fixes ? Igor Pls, keep my in Cc: when replying To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-stable" in the body of the message
