Just put up another version of XFqcam 1.03 on my site.  1.03 is an unofficial
release, including modifications by myself and Chris Weiss.

This new version implements an enhanced video capture mode (image processing)
that does wonders for the qcam image.  The code was essentially stolen from
pgmenhance and put into qcam.
