Or, does it not yet support Ultra 160 ? Are Adaptec controllers better than Symbios based ones ? What I want to do is hook up a couple of Ultra 160 drives to my machine@ I was looking at the Tekram DC 390 U3WD board ( dual channel ultra 160 ) but am now not sure whether this is worth it. Should I go for the Adaptec 390 board, or even go to a lesser Tekram board ?
