https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D279998 Bug ID: 279998 Summary: www/chromium: Skype does not work after implement selectable audio backend support Product: Ports & Packages Version: Latest Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Only Me Priority: --- Component: Individual Port(s) Assignee: chromium@FreeBSD.org Reporter: o.hushchenkov@gmail.com Flags: maintainer-feedback?(chromium@FreeBSD.org) Assignee: chromium@FreeBSD.org Previously I used chromium built from ports with audio backend alsa. Skype calls worked with it. After #246449 was committed I use chromium package. Tried Skype call recent= ly, with default audio backend sndio, but people can't hear me. Then I added --audio-backend=3Dalsa and tried again, but the same issue. Fortunately no .so version bump for dependencies since version 124. So I ju= st installed chromium 124 with alsa and tried again. It works. Looks like alsa does not activated/used properly after implement selectable audio backend support was committed. --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.=
