	Please do not send HTML to a mailing list, people will be more 
likely to answer your questions, AND it saves on bandwidth. 
	As for the modem, as long as it's not a Winmodem, it should. BTW, 
it seems that most PCI modems are Winmodems. I've seen one case of one 
working.
