  Added files:           (Branch: XML_XSL_XP)
    en                   index.page 
  Log:
  Copy index.html to index.page.  Subsequent commits will go step by step
  through what needs to be done to strip this down to just the content, which
  will later be transformed in to valid HTML using the XSLT stylesheets and
  some Makefile magic.
