If it is multibyte, and not one of EUC, UTF2, BIG5, MSKanji, its scheme must be implemented first in libc. If it is NOT multibyte, encoding should be NONE and correct 256bytes map.ISCII-DEV should be supplied for colldef, not just 00..FF order. -- Andrey A.
