Further system details available; please feel free to ask. >Description: xv under the given setup does not properly display images when loaded from the Visual Schnauzer. This problem did not show up at all under KDE 1.x/XFree 3.3.6, and not as frequently under KDE 2.0/XFree4.0.1. Instead of refreshing the entire window properly, the part that was displaying the previous image remains unchanged. (A screenshot of the effect is at http://www.kazrak.com/pictures/xvdump.png; it was produced as described in the how-to-repeat section below.) >How-To-Repeat: Start XV with no initial image and a visual schnauzer: xv -vsmap & Navigate the visual schnauzer to an image larger than the default XV image; double-click on it to display it. This does not happen 100% of the time for me, but it probably happens 90% or more. >Fix: Unknown. >Release-Note: >Audit-Trail: >Unformatted: To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-ports" in the body of the message
