You cannot generally mix and match ABIs in a single binary, ie. expect 
a Linux shared library to work linked against a FreeBSD executable.

You would have to run the Linux Netscape for this.

There is some expectation that there will be a FreeBSD version of the 
Tcl plugin, yes.
