I'm sorry, it has never been my intention to assert authorship of
the content. I've added the following disclaimer to all pages:

  The data contained on this page is derived for the VuXML document, please 
  refer to the the original document for copyright information. The author
  of portaudit makes no claim of authorship or ownership of any of the 
  information contained herein.

I'm not sure about the association though. Does this meet your needs, or
do you have a suggestion for a different text?
