Xorg will not start in a new, clean install of FreeBSD 10.2 in kvm/qemu
virtualization: illegal instruction at address 0x4a40d0

I had been running FreeBSD 10.1 in kvm/qemu virtualization and when I upgraded
to 10.2 xorg would not start. I used the same installation process for 10.1
and 10.2. The physical machine is an old macbook pro from 2008 that has
hardware virtualization.

I got a similar error on the latest FreeBSD 11
FreeBSD-11.0-CURRENT-amd64-20150722-r285794-bootonly.iso from Aug 23, 2015 but
not from
FreeBSD-11.0-CURRENT-amd64-20150722-r285794-disc1.iso
(I had a different error in
FreeBSD-11.0-CURRENT-amd64-20150722-r285794-disc1.iso)
