I'm not sure. 'nocona' seems a pretty close match: _nocona_ Improved version of Intel Pentium4 CPU with 64-bit extensions, MMX, SSE, SSE2 and SSE3 instruction set support. Without actually trying -march=nocona on one of these I can't tell for sure if it is 'optimal' or not though.
