Hi all, how can I configure my APM device. in the
dmesg I get this:

chip1: <Intel 82371AB Power management controller>
port 0x4000-0x400f at device
7.3 on pci0

is this the device I need to configure to APM, or what
can I do to make it work. I'm lost

Now speaking of sound I get in the dmesg

chip2: <ESS Technology Maestro 2E Audio controller>
port 0x3400-0x34ff irq 11 at
 device 8.0 on pci0

I try to load the sound in the /dev/audio and /dev/dsp
but it says it can't open it.

How can I configure this also

thank you

Jose Gerardo Amaya Giron
