https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D264747 Bug ID: 264747 Summary: science/netcdf: fails to configure Product: Ports & Packages Version: Latest Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Only Me Priority: --- Component: Individual Port(s) Assignee: sunpoet@FreeBSD.org Reporter: t.m.guymer@thomasguymer.co.uk Assignee: sunpoet@FreeBSD.org Flags: maintainer-feedback?(sunpoet@FreeBSD.org) Hi, I just tried building NetCDF using portmaster and it failed to configure. T= he end of the log is: =3D=3D=3D> Script "configure" failed unexpectedly. Please report the problem to sunpoet@FreeBSD.org [maintainer] and attach the "/usr/ports/science/netcdf/work/netcdf-c-4.8.1/config.log" including the output of the failure of your make command. Also, it might be a good idea to provide an overview of all packages installed on your system (e.g. a /usr/local/sbin/pkg-static info -g -Ea). *** Error code 1 I will upload the full log files now (as well as the pkg output as it was requested). Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks. Tom --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.=
