I must reiterate Kent's comments.  No offense, but your hardware is broken.
FreeBSD tends to push HW in places it not used to and is quite sensitive to
marginal memory.

(I've run CAS2 overclocked on a wintel box and had the same clk/memclk fail
under FreeBSD)
