Yes, but the warning makes portmgrs sad. It leaves 'junk' in the output of the file that's used to document why certain packages were skipped during a build. Someone(TM) should write this up as a hint for the Dos-And-Donts in the Porter's Handbook. (This particular thing is even worse on clang, where other, non-sysctl, tests have this same annoying side-effect.) mcl
