I have /usr/ports/distfiles nfs-mounted from another machine, and when I build a port, fetch runs as root and writes in /usr/ports/distfiles. The files which are created this way carries an insanely huge uid (12 digits!) which causes all sorts of trouble with quotacheck and is invisible to find -user. How can I prevent this? -- Regards, Michael Nottebrock To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
