The following reply was made to PR ports/139380; it has been noted by GNATS. From: "Andrew W. Nosenko" <andrew.w.nosenko@gmail.com> To: FreeBSD-gnats-submit@freebsd.org, freebsd-bugs@freebsd.org Cc: Subject: Re: misc/139380: textproc/libxml2 threads support remains broken Date: Tue, 6 Oct 2009 20:22:47 +0300 libxml-2.7.6 released just today fixes the problem. See http://mail.gnome.org/archives/xml/2009-October/msg00014.html therefore just upgrading from 2.7.5 to 2.7.6 may be also solution. But I would to prefer both of these applied: restore historical --with-threads (w/o argument) _and_ upgrade to libxml2-2.7.6 at once. -- Andrew W. Nosenko <andrew.w.nosenko@gmail.com>
