Then [getting back to FreeBSD 8-)] I could have a MIME application/msword defined on my FreeBSD machine that runs the conversion program and then xdvi (or whatever). I don't care about converting _to_ msword, or editing msword. Oh well, I suppose I'd better get out that VC++ CD since I had do delete the installed version because VB would not work, but that's another story! [Note to Australians: I mean Visual Basic, not Victoria Bitter. The latter being far more palatable than the former IMHO. 8-)]. > ]] Mike Smith, Software Engineer msmith@gsoft.com.au [[ -- John Birrell - jb@cimlogic.com.au; jb@netbsd.org CIMlogic Pty Ltd, 119 Cecil Street, South Melbourne Vic 3205, Australia Tel +61 3 9690 6900 Fax +61 3 9690 6650 Mob +61 418 353 137
