nte.1.5a.23 is no longer available from cs.ucl.ac.uk, but is not in
distfiles either. The current port refers to 23, but ucl.ac.uk is only
providing access to version 29, so UCL NT port is broken and when launching
a Join for an sdr session requiring text without UCL NT available,
X jams with a movable cursor but no response to commands or keystrokes ...
