I have a Docker image that also uses postgres. When I start the postgresql
service in the container I get:

root@:/# service postgresql start
[....] Starting PostgreSQL 9.4 database server: main[....] The PostgreSQL
server failed to start. Please check the log output: 2016-07-11 13:38:30 UTC
[11677-1] FATAL: could not create shared memory segment: Function not
implemented 201[FAIL11 13:38:30 UTC [11677-2] DETAIL: Failed system call was
shmget(key=3D5432001, size=3D56, 03600). ... failed!
 failed!
root@:/# cat /var/log/postgresql/postgresql-9.4-main.log
2016-07-11 13:38:30 UTC [11677-1] FATAL:  could not create shared memory
segment: Function not implemented
2016-07-11 13:38:30 UTC [11677-2] DETAIL:  Failed system call was
shmget(key=3D5432001, size=3D56, 03600).

It seems related to bug #210336.
