I am very new to this control panel thing, but is there anything available 
that runs well on FreeBSD?

Years ago I used webmin, and wasnt very impressed. I need a control panel 
suite to put on a FreeBSD box that is doing web/email hosting for a 
customer. User needs to be able to create new unix users, new email 
accounts, reset passwords, etc.,.

Any ideas?
