I suggest another way to update numpy in our portstree:
i) copy math/py-numpy to math/py-numpy1
ii) update math/py-numpy to 2.1.3
iii) modify Mk/Uses/python.mk, define PYNUMPY to depends on math/py-numpy1 =
and
add a define of PYNUMPY2

I believe this way shall result in less breakage than other ways.

Any suggestions ?
