I answered that, and you ignored it:

If rlsoft is interested in hiring someone for this, they should sedn a
message to freebsd-jobs.

If they aren't interested in hiring someone, they need to release the
technical information that would be required to do it, and then
provide pointers to that information to the FreeBSD community (i.e. -
by posting it here, rather than just posting trolls).
