I hae used one successfully, but you have to trick it, and for sound, requires running the soundcard init program. Mine is sndinit. That means I have to run DOS to get all I want out of FreeBSD. Yuck. Did you mess with isa/sound/soundconfig.h ? Perhaps the missing line had something to do with the keyword conflicts? Kris
